Aidan Walsh serves as the Head of Corporate Development at AlphaCore Wealth Advisory. He is responsible for driving the firm’s inorganic growth strategy. He will work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute AlphaCore’s advisor recruitment, acquisition, and lift-out strategy.

Prior to joining AlphaCore in May 2024, Aidan was a member of Focus Financial Partners’ M&A and Relationship Management team where he was responsible for business development, deal execution, and strategic advisement of select Focus partner firm growth strategies. He began his career at RBC Capital Markets Alternative Assets Group where he was a member of the investment team focused on manager due diligence across hedge fund and private equity investments.

Aidan currently resides in New York, New York. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, playing golf and tennis, and spending time with family and friends.
