Senior Client Services Associate
About the Role
The Senior Client Services Associate supports AlphaCore’s Del Mar office and plays a critical role in delivering a high-quality client and advisor experience by supporting the day-to-day execution of client service, onboarding, account maintenance, reporting, and operational workflows. This role partners closely with advisors, Client Services & Operations teammates, Compliance, custodians, and technology platforms to ensure client requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and with strong follow-through. In addition to managing advanced client services requests, this position is responsible for mentoring Client Services Associates and improving processes.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced wealth management environment. Success in this position requires strong communication, sound judgment, a client-first mindset, and the ability to identify opportunities to strengthen processes, improve service consistency, and support the continued growth of AlphaCore Wealth Advisory.

Key Responsibilities
Advisor Partnership & Client Support
- Communicate with advisors to ensure that client service standards are met, manage workload, and continuously adjusting priorities and timelines to meet time constraints and deadlines.
- Assist in client onboarding and associated paperwork processing on multiple platforms.
- Monitor client account activity, facilitate client funds transfers, confirm accounts allocated, generate, and reconcile quarterly performance reporting.
- Management of multiple Outlook calendars for a variety of advisors, assist with coordination of meetings.
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Coordinate with Compliance on applicable matters, such as recordkeeping, and periodic testing of applicable policies and procedures (i.e., advisory contracts, client billing and reporting).
- Mentor and coach Client Services Associates and support their development.
- Act as subject matter expert for the Del Mar location.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field.
- 5+ years of financial planning or wealth management experience.
- Strong understanding of financial planning concepts and strategies.
Preferred
- Familiarity with Black Diamond, Salesforce and iCapital Portal.
- Experience analyzing investment portfolios and financial scenarios.
Job Type: Full-Time, In-office
Base Salary: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
Bonus: Up to 10% of base salary
