Evaluation factors include the individual’s effectiveness in streamlining operations, driving efficiencies, automating workflows, integrating and managing technology and custodian platforms, and enhancing advisor and staff productivity. Additional considerations include demonstrable impact on the firm, contributions to the broader wealth management industry, external benchmarks such as business growth and thought leadership, as well as industry recognition and a commitment to promoting diversity.
